W\u00e4hrend der ema einen weit entwickelten Bewegungsgenerator hat, ist der AnyBody (den CADFEM in das Projekt einbringt) ein ausgefeiltes Mehrk\u00f6rpersystem-Menschmodell. Der ema-Avatar hat Facharbeiter-Kenntnisse und wei\u00df, wie er sich bei Industriet\u00e4tigkeit zu bewegen hat. Der AnyBody wei\u00df das nicht, hat aber neben Knochen auch Muskeln und B\u00e4nder, also den biologisch angetriebenen Bewegungsapparat. Da sich insbesondere in den Muskeln die Belastung des Werkers durch die geleistete Arbeit widerspiegelt, soll in diesem Projekt erforscht werden, wie sich die T\u00e4tigkeit und die damit verbundenen mechanischen Belastungen in die Beanspruchung der einzelnen Muskelpartien umsetzen und wie das ergonomisch zu bewerten ist. Zudem soll ermittelt werden, wie sich durch mehrk\u00f6rperphysikalische Berechnung der Bewegungen der Bewegungsgenerator des ema verbessern l\u00e4sst.<\/p>

Dieser \u2013 zugegeben etwas mechanistische \u2013 Forschungsansatz ist v\u00f6llig neu und wird erst jetzt m\u00f6glich, da die Bewegungsnotwendigkeit aus dem produktiven Erfordernis industrieller Arbeitst\u00e4tigkeit und die Mehrk\u00f6rpersimulation und -berechnung durch die Menschmodelle ema und AnyBody auf dem notwendigen Stand sind.<\/p>

Die Aufgabe der imk automotive GmbH im Projekt ist die Entwicklung von ergonomischen Bewegungs- und Kollaborationsmodellen auf Basis der geplanten und berechneten Bewegungen. Des Weiteren bringen wir unsere vielf\u00e4ltigen Praxiserfahrungen zur ergonomischen Gestaltung von Fertigungsassistenzsystemen ein und koordinieren die Projektaktivit\u00e4ten zur Verbreitung und Verwertung der Forschungsergebnisse (Dissemination & Exploitation).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
