Insight into the field

As a support, it is my job to assist customers in using the ema Software Suite. Thereby I help with first steps and technical problems. I also organize info sessions to show the many features and possibilities of ema SWS. In addition, I can support the further development of the software solutions as a support, which I find very exciting. I find positive feedback from our customers particularly motivating.

I have been working at imk as a planning engineer since 2006. The work tasks assigned to me are very varied and mainly involve planning scopes for industry, both in the conventional way and in the digital environment, for example with the ema software suite. I particularly like the very pleasant, productive and motivating working conditions at imk, especially the collegial and social environment.
